Founder and Guide
Nicole Chickloski
Nicole is an AMGA certified single pitch instructor with 5 years of professional guiding experience. Passionate about breaking down barriers to climbing and enjoying the outdoors, Nicole has found education to support her vision though Paradox Sports adaptive climbing courses, Mental Health Wilderness First Aid, and a Mindfulness Practitioner courses. She combines her physical and technical expertise with her awareness of everyone's unique situation and provides holistic solutions for rock climbers.
With love and gratitude for the land and the people who live on the land, Diamondback wants to acknowledge the past, present, and future of the many indigenous groups who live on so called Vancouver Island - Lekwungen-speaking peoples, Songhees Nation, Xwsepsəm, The Okanagan -Syilx people, and Squamish- Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw. Diamondback is committed to respecting and interacting with reciprocity across the many traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory we live and climb on.
